As our experience of the world dramatically changed over the course of the last few months, so has my practice. New ideas & opportunities have come out of these strange times, and that has been an exciting journey for me.
And so Online-Self Care treatments were born out of the need to work within these strange Social Distancing guidelines (which I would rather call Physical Distancing personally)
During these months I have been guided by my amazing teachers in developing this new form of Treatments, which very much empowers YOU, the client, to help yourself out of pain and discomfort!

One 2 One

Step by step I will guide you through self care protocols specifically designed for your musculo-skeletal complaints, whether it’s low back pain, neck and shoulders pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome etc. You can make a huge difference to your wellbeing by learning to release headaches, improve range of motion and much more. I also work with guided relaxation and breathing if what you are looking for is to de-stress and re-centre yourself.
We will be using simple and safe evidence-based self -care strategies such as self trigger point, stretches and fascial release.

MOVEMENT, MASSAGE & MEDITATION


You will have access to the recording of the session so you can go back to it any time you wish, and I will send you handouts if suitable.
In only 45min of us working together you will feel huge benefits, and by keeping up with the protocol on a regular basis you will see a massive improvement in your condition.


Prices for One-to-One sessions:
£45 for the 1st and 2nd session
£30 for Follow up sessions
£150 for a block of 5 sessions


1st session - 15m:
this is a consultation session with a short generic wellbeing practice, we will book the 2nd session for a day or two later
2nd session - 45m:
I will take you through the protocol designed for your particular needs
Follow up sessions – 30m (generally 1 week later):
We will assess the changes that have occurred and integrate a new technique or two, if necessary. We can also explore anything new that may have come up since our last session.

Group Online Self-Care & Wellness / Workshops

A great opportunity to meet online with a group of friends, family, your partner, work group and learn to de-stress, self-massage, stretch or manage general aches and pains.
We will be using simple and safe evidence-based self -care strategies such as self trigger point, stretches and fascial release.

£ 15pp - 60m maximum 10 people
£10pp - 75m between 11 & 20 people
