BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

I run a small solo practice and when a slot is cancelled with under 48 hours’ notice, it becomes hard to fill.  Life gets in the way, and feeling unwell at times comes with no warning so I still operate a standard 24-hour cancellation & rescheduling policy: Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full fee. However, if you wake up feeling ill and can let me know asap, I can do my best to fill the space, in which case the fee won’t apply.

Please do try to reschedule as early as you can — it helps me keep the diary fair for everyone.

PAYMENTS

Please help me by paying upon booking or right before the appointment, so that we don’t have to deal with payment in the clinic, which would steal a few minutes of your session with me. Not paying in advance often means you will forget as you leave your appointment nice and relaxed, and it often means that I will have to email you to remind you to pay. This is time-consuming and also a little unpleasant for me.

GIFT VOUCHERS

£80 for 60 min, £110 for 90min

Gift Vouchers are E-vouchers, emailed as a PDF upon receipt of payment. They are addressed to a recipient, so I will ask you for their name, and if you have a short message you would like me to include on the voucher.

  • Expiry: Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date they’re issued. Once they expire, I can’t extend them.
  • How to Use: The recipient will be able to use the voucher for any of my massage services with me, for the duration stated on the voucher. They will be able to contact me directly to book their treatment once they are ready to.
  • Appointments: All bookings depend on availability, and my usual cancellation policy applies. If they cancel late or don’t show up, the voucher will be used up.
  • No Cash Value: Vouchers can’t be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • Special Offers: Vouchers generally can’t be used with other discounts or promotions.

BLOCK OF 4 SESSIONS

4x 60 min sessions £285

    • The 4 sessions are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase or the date of the first session if agreed. Any sessions unused before the expiration will be lost. It is your responsibility to keep track of where you are, but I will do my best to send reminders if I notice the expiration date is approaching and you have a session left.
    • The cancellation policy applies to all sessions.
    • The Block is non-transferable as it is designed for you to commit to your wellbeing; it can’t be exchanged for cash or refunded
